Welcome to MySpicySpoon! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before
subscribing to our meal plans. By placing an order or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to these
terms.
1. Service Availability
- Meals are delivered 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- No deliveries on Sundays or National Holidays.
- Services are currently limited to specific areas. Please check availability before subscribing.
2. Meal Plans & Deliveries
- Each plan includes 2 meals per day (Lunch & Dinner).
- Delivery timings are communicated during onboarding and may vary based on location.
- Customers must confirm or pause meals at least 1 day in advance.
3. Meal Pausing / Rescheduling
- Subscribers can pause or reschedule meals via WhatsApp or our customer support team
with minimum 24 hours notice.
- Missed meals without prior notice will be counted and not refunded.
4. Payment & Refunds
- Full payment must be made in advance for all subscriptions (Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly).
- No refunds for mid-term cancellations.
- In rare cases of service disruption from our end (e.g., kitchen issues), compensatory meals or refunds
will be offered.
5. Trial & Daily Orders
- Daily orders (without subscription) are available at βΉ120 per meal, excluding delivery
charges.
- Trial meals are subject to availability and limited to 1 per customer.
6. Delivery Policy
- Delivery is free for subscribers.
- Ensure someone is available to receive the meal during your selected time slot.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure (e.g., weather, traffic, strikes).
7. Health & Safety
- All meals are prepared in FSSAI-certified kitchens.
- We maintain high standards of hygiene and quality control.
- Inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate address and contact information.
- Store and consume food within 2 hours of delivery for safety.
- Misuse of services (e.g., repeated cancellations, false complaints) may result in account suspension.
9. Changes to Terms
MySpicySpoon reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers will be
notified of significant changes via email or message.
